When I was a teenager my parents gave me a book to learn about puberty. Twenty years later, I would prefer to share online resources with my teenager about puberty, any sites your team thinks are useful?

Thank you for this question! There are an overwhelming amount of online and print resources available in today’s world. Many times it can be hard to know which sources are medically accurate. For a list of verified online resources for parents and teens check out https://parentsaretalking.com/resources/. Another great source for factual and well-organized information is https://youngwomenshealth.org/2010/04/21/puberty/.
